How about a hot chocolate?! gluten free!

Here is a sweet way to get warm after a long walk outside in the cold!

Ingredients

500ml full cream milk
100g dark chocolate
50ml fresh cream
1 tablespoon corn starch (= 5g)

Preparation

1- Bring the milk to boil and stop the fire.
2- Break the chocolate in small pieces and mix with the milk until it melts. 
3- Add the fresh cream and mix well with a whip. 
4- Add the corn starch and mix well with a whip on low fire until the chocolate gets smooth and a little thicker.
5- Pour in a cup and enjoy warm.
