Salmon, grapefruit and avocado verrine - gluten free

salmon grapefruit avocado verrine - gluten free

Very fresh and fruity as an entrée (first dish) for a Christmas or winter menu!

Ingredients:
- 2 grapefruits
- 3 avocados
- 150g smoked salmon
- 1/2 lemon juice
- chives or dill
- salt and pepper

Preparation of the recipe:
1. Wash the chives, dry and chop.
2. Peel the grapefruits and avocado. Cut the grapefruit in small pieces. Mash the avocado with the lemon juice and add the chives (keep some chives for the decoration), pepper and salt.
3. Cut the smoked salmon into small dices.
4. Prepare the verrines: first the grapefruit, then the avocado and finally the salmon. Add chives and pepper on top.
